MPS is a framework that has three main elements, Analysis, Optimisation and Management.

Analysis
A detailed assessment of the existing and future requirements of the organisation. A Print Audit of all printing conducted within the office environment including:

  • Full report of who is printing what and where they are printing it
  • Environmental, Quality and Security assessment of existing printer fleet
  • Identify redundant or under utilised equipment

Optimisation
Using the data collected from the Analysis stage the existing printer fleet is rationalised, reducing the number of devices installed. This lowers up-front costs and provides significant ongoing cost savings. Other benefits include:

1. Less service agreements reduces the strain on IT departments who previously had to support multiple systems
2. Reduced energy consumption
3. Increased office space
4. Improved productivity – employees get the right equipment capable of supporting their roles
5. Better quality output, enhancing the organisations printed media
6. Reduced environmental impact – unnecessary printing eliminated
7. Reduction in toner and paper usage

Management
This is where MPS becomes a continuous process in your organisation. The print environment is constantly monitored so that it operates at optimal performance for your organisation. The print fleet is kept well maintained resulting in less technical queries. We conduct reviews on a regular basis ensuring that the solution implemented is still meeting your requirements and agreed.
