How do we start to make savings?

 

The analysis stage comes first; we carry out a print assessment (or audit) to determine what devices you currently have and what the print volumes are. Ths can be done remotely by using our free of charge reporting application, or we can visit your offices and complete this exercise. Once all the information has been collated we meet with you to plan the next steps, this typically involves automating existing routines, such as toner replenishment and service call-outs.

The next stage is completing the strategic review of your print environment; this determines whether your existing deployment is the most cost effective and efficient set up for your organisation. This more detailed assessment takes place over a minimum 30-day period and identifies exactly what is happening within your print environment, who prints what, to where and when for example. Using this information we tailor a solution that meets the needs of your users, IT and finance departments. This may entail a combination of existing devices, consolidating devices and new devices.
