We can no longer treat our waste as just rubbish; it's up to us to prevent as much of it as possible from ever reaching landfill. There is widespread recognition that to achieve sustainable economic growth we need to dramatically improve the way in which we dispose of different waste streams.
At Almo we have been separating our own waste for many years, recycling as much as we possibly can. We also want to reduce the amount of waste we leave with clients, which is why we introduced our new boxes. They have been designed to stand out; you may have noticed! There is a good reason for them being so recognisable; if you value something you’re less likely to throw it away and more likely to give it back to the driver so that it can be re-used, time after time.
In addition to reducing unnecessary packaging, we can also help you formulate your own onsite waste solutions. We do this in partnership with MT Waste Management, with whom we have worked for the past 3 years.
